Second Division AssistantsRegistering requests for Khata services from Public, Noting down Property tax information, Amending Property tax information when required, Distributing digitally signed khata copy to public after obtaining approval from zonal joint commissioner.
First Division AssistantsVerifying Documents submitted for Khata service and submitting a report to Revenue Inspector.
Revenue InspectorVerify the Documents submitted by FDA. If necessary, inspect property and submit a report to Assistant Revenue Officer.
Assistant Revenue OfficerApprove the report submitted by Revenue Inspector and forward it to Revenue Officer or Send the file back to Revenue Inspector indicating observations or objections.
Revenue OfficerApprove the report submitted by Assistant Revenue Officer and forward it to Zonal Deputy Commissioner or send the file back to ARO indicating observations or objections.
Zonal Deputy CommissionerApprove the report submitted by Revenue Officer and forward it to Zonal Joint Commissioner or send the file back to Revenue officer indicating observations or objections.
Zonal Joint CommissionerApprove the report submitted by Zonal Deputy Commissioner or return the file back to Zonal Deputy Commissioner indicating observations or objections.
